- ORDERING– When ordering please include the following information like delivery address, post code, phone number, date of event, quantity and color, catalog # or style name, wording of print, etc.
- MINIMUM ORDER– $50.00
- DIES AND LOGOS– Stock samples are available at low cost. For custom products, please contact us!
- ACKNOWLEDGMENT– Upon receipt of an order, an acknowledgment will be sent to you. Please check all details of the acknowledgement for accuracy. If it is incorrect in anyway, please phone us immediately.
- CANCELLATIONS– Cancellations, changes of copy or additions will only be accepted if the order has not been printed.
- PRODUCTION TIME– From March to October normal production averages 3-4 weeks plus shipping time. The remainder of the year, production time is usually fewer than 10 working days plus shipping time.
- RUSH ORDERS– A rush charge of $15 (10% for orders over $150) will be applied to any order that must be shipped in less than 5 working days. The day after receipt of the order will count as day 1.
- SHIPPING– All orders will be shipped either DHL or UPS. You may specify which carrier you prefer. Next Day, 2nd Day Air or 3rd Day Air service is available from UPS at an extra charge.
- RETURNS– Authorization must be obtained to return merchandise regardless of the reason.
- TERMS– All first time orders must be prepaid by PayPal or Bank Transfer. We also accept Western Union or MoneyGram. Open account status may be established with approved credit. All invoices must be paid within 7 days after receipt of confirmation. Customers who do not comply with these terms will be changed to prepaid status for future orders.
- PRICING– All prices are subject to change without prior notification. Prices reflected on this site DO NOT include postage and handling which will be added at the time of shipping.
Shipment processing time:
- Orders placed on working days or on holidays including weekends will be processed within following 3 working days.
- We do not process, ship or deliver orders on weekends or holidays.

- We offer DHL, UPS, FedEx, EMS as default express.
- Estimated shipping time is 7-25 business days, which mostly depends on the delivery countries.
- Bulk orders can be shipped either by air or by sea.
Customs, Duties and Taxes:

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on All Products
All new products you purchase from FUNTEK come with a satisfaction guarantee. If any product fails to meet your reasonable expectations, it may be returned for replacement or refund less shipping charges. Products must be returned in their original packaging within 30 days. Return labels will require you to return the product at your own expense. If you return a defective, damaged or incorrect product, you will not be eligible for a refund. Items may take up to 30 days to arrive after return. Please contact us for a return address. The refund amount will be shown in your account within 3-5 business days after the item is received at our warehouse.
1-Year Limited Warranty on NEWYES Products
FUNTEK offers a 1-year limited warranty on all products and accessories against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase. During the warranty period, if the product becomes defective and you return it with proper instructions, we will repair or replace your product. The replacement product will be the same model as the product originally purchased; we will make every effort to replace the product with one of the same color. This limited 1-year warranty applies to any repairs, replacement parts or replacement products for the remainder of the original warranty period.
